Wrestling shoes unisole vs split sole?
For the past 2 years I've been using the asics matflex 1...there's more shoe goo and tape than there is shoe, so I need a new pair.
The 3 shoes I'm looking at are the Dan Gables, Cael Sandersons, and the split seconds(all asics brand). I'm leaning towards the split seconds because this guy on my team has the Cael Sandersons...and the Gables are too expensive.
The only problem is ive never wrestled with a split sole wrestling shoe. I would like to know the pros and cons of split soles. What kind of sole do you prefer? Any other shoe recommendations?
